She died on January 22, 2018 in Mineola. She was born in Dumas, Tx on January 12, 1947 toJoe and Floye Hunnicutt. She was raised in Sunray and later graduated fromTexas Tech University.
Survivors include her husband H. C. Drake of Mineola, one son Chance Green of Dumas, Tx, one sister: Meridith and husband Brian Gilbert of Amarillo, three brothers: Tony and wife Martha Hunnicutt of Muleshoe, Alan and wife Kim Hunnicutt of Amarillo and Brian and wife Stephanie Hunnicutt of Richardson.
