Bobby Joe Redman, 56, of Merkel, TX died at home on January 14, 2024. Graveside services will be held at Terrace Cemetery in Post on Thursday January 18, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Services are under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.

He was born in Slaton on November 2, 1967 to A.E. and Billie Redman. He was a graduate of Post High School and Teas State Technical College in Sweetwater. Bobby was an Electronics Technician for Texas Instruments in Lubbock and later managed American Glass Distributors in Abilene.

He is survived by his parents A.E and Billie Redman of Post, his wife Lisa of Merkel, his daughter Lauren and her husband Lance Anthony of Tuscola, his brother Daniel and wife Dominica Redman of Post, and grandsons Brantley and Landon Anthony. Bobby was an avid outdoorsman that enjoyed hunting and fishing. His grandchildren were his pride and joy and he never missed an opportunity to spoil them and celebrate each and every one of their accomplishments. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
