Catherine Pattillo Carter Richburg 93, of Lubbock formerly of Post passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Graveside services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Terrace Cemetery with Rev. Bruce Gregory officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home. Catherine was born January 12, 1932 in Dalhart, TX to the late T. R. And Etha Pattillo Carter. She married Duard Wayne Richburg on June 23, 1957 in Post. She was a homemaker. Catherine is survived by her daughter Catherine A. Richburg of Lubbock; son Ken Richburg of Lubbock; brother Roy Carter of Pawling, NY; grandsons Joshua B. Richburg of Longview and Kenneth Paul Richburg of Lubbock; great grandson Blaze Richburg of Longview; She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and siblings Tom Carter, Fay Cox and Jonnie Richardson
