Eric David Hite, 46, of Wilson died on May 1, 2021 at his home in Wilson. He was born in Guam on July 16, 1974 to Bruce and Julie (Limerick) Hite. He graduated From Cooper High School in Abilene, attended Texas Tech and graduated from South Plains College. He married Sarah Davis on November 15, 1997 in Lubbock. He worked for Pantera Productions in Seminole as a sound technician.

Survivors include his wife, Sarah Hite of Wilson, parents, Bruce and Julie Hite of Lubbock, four daughters, Laura (Joey) Joiner of Lubbock, Jennifer (Anthony) Joiner of Lubbock, Rebekah Hite of Levelland and Tamryn Hite of Wilson, three grandchildren, Biella Robbins, Melody Robbins and Jinora Robbins all of Lubbock.
