Floyd Carlton Payne, 89, of Odessa, Tx died November 14, 2020 in Odessa, Tx.  Floyd was born March 15, 1931 in Breckingridge, Tx to Earl & Wilma Payne.  He married Anita Kennedy on February 2, 1951 in Post, Tx.  She preceded him in death on October 28, 2019.

Floyd worked for Texaco for 40 years.  Floyd was a veteran of the Korean War.   He is survived by two sons: Carl (Susan) Payne of Big Spring, Tx; Clif (Darla) Payne of Mineral Wells; five grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Thursday November 19, 2020 at 2:00PM in Terrace Cemetery in Post, Tx with John Bill Hedrick officiating.
