Graveside services for George L. Arredondo Sr., 62, of Post will be at 3 PM Thursday, March 18, 2021 in Terrace Cemetery with Pastors Julian Almaraz and Juan Flores officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.

George died on March 14, 2021 in Lubbock. He was born on August 11, 1958 in Los Fresnos, Tx. to Lasaro and Eloisa (Rocha) Arredondo. He married Irene Bustos on April 28, 1976 in Post. He worked as a truck driver in the oilfield.

Survivors include his wife Irene Arredondo of Post, two daughters: Christina (Adolfo) Esparza of Wilson and Melissa Arredondo of Post, two sons: George Arredondo Jr. of Post and Adam Arredondo of Lubbock, three brothers: Joel (Shirley) Arredondo of Lake Jackson, Jaime (Paula) Arredondo of Harlingen and Lasaro Arredondo Jr. of Los Fresnos, four sisters: Leticia Martinez of Harlingen, Maricela (Sam) Villegas of Freeport, Margie (Carlos) Gayton of Ingleside and Rosalinda Arredondo of Denver, Co., 13 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
