Guadalupe Perez, of Post TX passed away suddenly on Friday, March 15, 2024 at the age of 55. Visitation will be Thursday, March 21st from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Hudman Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, March 22, 2024 at the Post Community Center with Jimmy Valdez officiating. Interment will follow at the Terrace Cemetery under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.

Guadalupe Perez was born in Post Tx to Juan and Rebecca Perez.

Lupe Perez was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who enjoyed being outdoors whether it was grilling bbq chicken or fishing with his grandkids. There wasn't anything that made him happier than a room full of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother Rebecca Aguilar, his father Juan M. Perez,  brothers Joe A. Perez, and Johnny A. Perez.

Lupe is survived by his wife Katrina Perez, his daughter Shyra Gast and son in law David Gast, their children Jakob, Isaiah, Caleb and Chloe Gast, his daughter Leah Perez and son in law Ulisis Garcia, their children Emrie and Thaden Garcia, his son Jacob Perez and his children Eli and Olivia Perez, daughter Kristiana Perez and daughter in law Jessica Smith, daughter Dakota Perez and son in law Josh Gonzales and their children Zain Rodriguez, Angel and Natalie Gonzales as well as his 7 siblings Gilbert and Marilyn Perez, Paul and Carla Perez, Ramon and Marcy Perez, Manuel Perez, Beatrice Perez, Helen and Rojeo Delgado, and Alice and Michael Briseno along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who all held a special place in his heart.
