Graveside services for Henry Jay De La Rosa, 55, of Post will be at 1 PM Saturday, July 25, 2020 in Terrace Cemetery with Jimmy Valdez of Calvary Baptist Church officiating. Burial in Terrace Cemetery is under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.

Jay died on July 22, 2020 in Lubbock. He was born in Post on May 12, 1965. He worked as the Terrace Cemetery Sexton for the City of Post.

Survivors include his mother Mary "Nena" De La Rosa of Post, one son: Christopher Jay De La Rosa of San Antonio, two daughters: Renee Ann De La Rosa of Grand Prairie and Rebecca De La Rosa Alanis of Grand Prairie,6 Grandchildren one sister: Rochelle Meza of Post, two Brothers: Jimmy De La Rosa of Carrollton and John De La Rosa of Post,  and a loving extended family in Post and his significant other: Norma Vidaurre of Lubbock and former wife: Rosalinda Martinez of Dallas
