Services for Kenith Bullard, 80, of Post will be at 2 PM Friday, January 17, 2020 at the Frist Baptist Church with Rev. Keith Garner and Bro. Herb Atzbach officiating. Burial with military honors will be in Terrace Cemetery under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Thursday from 6 until 7:30 PM at the funeral home.
Kenith died January 14, 2020 at his home in Post. He was born on April 25, 1939 in Garza County to Wesley Thomas and Ayra (Reddell) Bullard.
He graduated from Post High School in 1958. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving from 1961-67 and was stationed in Berlin during the Berlin Crisis. After his service he worked at the Postex Mill until his retirement. He later worked for the Post ISD as a custodian and drove a bus and ran the chains for football games for years.
Kenith is survived by his children; son, Keith and wife Jana of Post and daughter, Susan McAnulty and boyfriend Jr. Martinez of Arlington; two brothers, John Bullard of Crowley and Cecil Bullard of Ft. Worth; one sister, Alice Maberry of Mineral Wells; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and 12 nieces and nephews. Kenith is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Corky Bullard, William Bullard, James Bullard and an infant sister.
