Jackie Sue Vera was a devoted wife to Arturo Vera, a loving mother to 3 children, 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She built a family with faith, warmth, and laughter. Always the heart and glue of the family.

For 38 years she had deep dedication and love for her work at Post Nursing and Rehab, her compassion and care touched the lives of residents and colleagues alike.

Jackie was steadfast in her faith, preaching the word and sharing God’s love with all who knew her. Her compassion, kindness, and remarkable spirit touched countless lives. She brought people together, nurtured relationships, and modeled a life of service and grace. 

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, May 9, 2026 at Bethel Assembly of God with Camelia Hernandez officiating. Interment will follow at Terrace Cemetery under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.
