Services for James Seals, 85, of Post are pending with Hudman Funeral Home.

James died on August 3, 2022 in Lubbock. He was born on September 12, 1936 in Midlothian, Texas to Charlie and Mae Olean (Shaw) Seals. He worked for many years at Postex Cotton Mills and later as a repairman on appliances. He married Vera Morris Burkes on June 21, 1989 in Post.

Survivors include his wife Vera Seals of Post, three sons: Leslie Seals of Post, Gary Seals of Houston and Gerald Seals of Post and one granddaughter Sandra Kay Seals.
