Services for Jerry Bush, 73, of Post will be held March 1, 2019 at 2:00PM in the Post Church of Christ with Jon Page and David Hall of Bowie officiating.  Visitation will be Thursday 6-7:00PM at Hudman Funeral Home, 615 W. Main St.

Jerry died February 26, 2019 in Lubbock.  He was born in Slaton on April 28, 1945 to Elmo and Lucille(Fluitt)Bush.  He attended school at Graham Chapel and then Post High School.  Jerry married Judy McCampbell on January 27, 1967 in Post.  He farmed for many years and then managed the John Deere House and later the Close City Gin.  He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife Judy of Post, three daughters: Trevah (Daniel) Yarbro of Post, Traci (Robbie) Freeman of Post and Salli (Jonathan) Page of Bowie, one brother, Ricky (Judy) Bush of Andrews, nine grandchildren: Ryan (Taylor) Belongia, Reece (Allisha) Belongia, Raegan (Lynn) Mayfield, Jerry Kale Yarbro, Will Yarbro, Journey Page, Jolie Page, Clinton Yarbro and Quenton Yarbro, and eight grandchildren: Hadley, Jonsey, C. J., Tres, Kahl, Jaxon and Tucker.
