Juanita Odom Dean was called home to be with the Lord on November 12, 2025 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on April 13, 1927 in Post, TX to Lyda and Agnes Odom. Juanita married the love of her life Ralph "Rusty" Dean on May 11, 1946. She was a lifelong homemaker and was devoted to her family.

Juanita was preceded in death by her parents Lyda and Agnes Odom, brothers Son Odom and Pooner Odom, sisters Wanda Holbert, Joy Holly, JoAnn Tanner and Betty Marie Odom, granddaughter Robin Davis.

Juanita is survived by her son Bobby Dean and wife Janet, daughter Theresa Doggett and husband Lee all of Post; grandchildren Robby Dean and wife Kerri, David Dean and wife Lisa all of Post, Damon Dean and wife Kim of Fluvanna, Jamie Doggett and wife Kim, Joey Doggett and wife Angie, Sandra Benham and husband Russel, Tammy Self and husband Michael all of Post and Melissa Cullen and husband Rich of La Fargeville, NY., twenty great grandchildren and twenty three great great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, November 14, 2025 at the Dean Ranch Cemetery east of Post on FM 2008. Interment will follow under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.
