Services for Lanelle Clary, 88, of Post will be at 10 AM Saturday, August 21, 2021 at the First Baptist Church with Jackie White of Lubbock Church on the Rock officiating. Burial will be in Terrace Cemetery under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6 until 7 PM Friday at the funeral home.

Lanelle died on August 18, 2021 in Post. She was born on September 20, 1932 in Garza County to Charlie and Alma (Meeks) Brown. She attended school in Post and graduated from Post High School. She married Neal Clary on October 5, 1950 in Post. He preceded her in death on February 11, 2020. She worked as a teller for many years.

Survivors include one daughter: Nancy (Jimmy) Norman of Post, four grandchildren: Justin (Bandi) Norman of New Home, Nikki Norman of Cypress, L'Shea (Jesse) Griffin of Newnan, Ga. and Joel (Patricia) Clary of Rotan and five great grandchildren: Breely Norman, Jaxon Norman, Kason Norman, Taylor Griffin and Wyatt Clary.

She was also preceded in death by one son: Joe Neal Clary on May 30, 2010 , her parents: Charlie and Alma Brown and one brother: Charlie Brown.
