It is with great respect and a deep sense of loss that we announce the passing of Lois Juanita Case, who left this world on May 23, 2026, in Lubbock, Texas. Born on May 10, 1933, in Verbina to the late Jesse “Bub” and Velvie (Hutton) Williams.

Lois devoted her career to the Highway Department, where she worked diligently as a clerk.

On May 24, 1952, Lois married Bill Case in her hometown of Post, Texas. Sadly, Bill preceded Lois in death, leaving behind cherished memories of their life together.

Lois is survived by her loving son, Ron Case of Lubbock, Texas, and her daughter, Rhonda Case Strickler of Abilene, Texas. She is also remembered fondly by her sister, Sammie Maddox of Early, Texas, and one grandchild.

Family, friends, and all who knew Lois are invited to pay their respects and celebrate her life at the visitation to be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM at Hudman Funeral Home. A 2:00 P.M. graveside service will follow at Terrace Cemetery with Jeff Williams officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.
