Mandi Ranae Criswell, 47, of Post, Texas went to be with the Lord on January 14th 2024.  She was born on October 13, 1976 in Post, Texas to Orlan and Patti Criswell.

Mandi grew up in Post and attended school in Southland where she graduated.  She would go on to spend the majority of her life as a resident of Post, TX.

Mandi attended South Plains College after graduation from High School and earned her degree in Surgical Technology.  She worked for the Post Independent School District as a nurses aide for many years and was well known for her sweet and kind nature.

Mandi is preceded in death by her Father Orlan Criswell, her Grandmother Sandra Kirkland, Grandmother Thelma Criswell, her Grandfather Bill Criswell and her Uncle Billy Criswell.

Mandi Ranae Criswell is survived by her fiancé Michael Bauer,mother Patti Lechuga, 3 children, M'Kenzee Pena and her fiancéArthur Castaneda, Daeghan Cunnigham and her fiancé Stephen Warren, and Kason Cunningham, her grandkids Ezra Macias and Ashton Castaneda and her siblings Paul Criswell and Anda Perez, her Aunts and Uncles Keith and Dot Fightmaster and Chad Kirkland and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mandi was known as a kind and gentle spirit who would talk to anyone and make them feel at home, her demeanor and smile were infectious. She enjoyed being late to almost every family function and she also enjoyed collecting things—all sorts of things.   Mandi never met a stranger and would do anything for anyone.  Heaven has gained a special Angel.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 26, 2024 at Calvary Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Terrace Cemetery under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.
