Mary Evelyn (Hammonds) Ethridge, October 24, 1939 - March 23, 2023, born to Edgar and Nadine Hammonds in Lynn County.
She graduated from Tahoka High School and enjoyed being a cheerleader.

A member of the Assembly of God Church in Tahoka, TX, it was there that she met the love of her life, Kenneth R. Ethridge. They married June 20th, 1959. Their family grew the next year as Cinda Rene' Ethridge (Payton) was born, twins came two years later, Marcella Jan Ethridge (Tyler) and Regina Ann Ethridge (Osborne), a baby brother seven years later, Kenton Royal Ethridge. Mary took pride in raising her 4 children and creating a loving and warm home. She was such a kind soul and charmed all who met her.

Mary is survived by the twins, Marcy and Regina and their husbands, Phil Tyler and Tom
Osborne respectively, son Ken and his wife Wanda, with many grandchildren and four great
grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, a brother, oldest daughter, Cinda Rene' and
her highschool sweetheart just this past September, Kenneth.

Family will receive visitors Friday, March 24th 5:30 to 6:30, Hudman Funeral Home in Post, TX.
Services Saturday March 25th 3:30pm, Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park. Private family burial
to follow.
