Our Dad, Micheal Gregg Lester, went home to Jesus on June 8, 2024, in Post, Texas. He was 67 years old.

Dad was born on July 18, 1956, in Slaton, Texas to our Grandad and Mimmie, Billy and Doris Lester. He was raised in Garza County with his brother Gary and attended school in Southland where he graduated in 1974. Dad was a member of the Graham Chapel Methodist Church.

Dad cherished his role as a father and PPaw, always putting his faith and family first while sharing in our joys and accomplishments.

He leaves behind his five children: Garrett and wife Lauren of Post, Roby and wife Deborah of Lubbock, Blaise and wife Jenna of Post, Haley and husband Dan Hyland of Lubbock, and Aubree of Lubbock. He will be greatly missed by his nine grandchildren Graham, Greyson, Griffin, Wells, Macey, Emma, Heidi, Hannah, and Holly.

Visitation will be at Hudman Funeral Home Wednesday, June 12, 2024, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held to celebrate Dad's life Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Post Methodist Church in Post, Texas. Graveside to follow at Terrace Cemetery in Post, Texas.
