Services for Mildred Massey, 74, of Post were held at 2 PM Saturday, June 24, 2017 at the Forst Baptist Church with Rev. Jack Maddox officiating. Burial in Terrace Cemetery was under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.
Mildred died on June 22, 2017 in Tahoka. She was born to John B. and Esstle (Snow) Guthrie on January 4, 1943 in Bartlett, Texas. She married Richard "Dickie" Massey on July 19, 1959 in Post. He preceded her in death on January 10, 2015. She worked at Postex Cotton Mills for many years and then retired from United Supermarket.
Survivors includeone daughter: Donna and husband Kelly Baker of Post, two sons: Greg and wife Angela Massey of Post and Dustin and wife Amber Massey of Abilene, 7 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers were her Grandchildren: Kam Baker, Klent Baker, Hayley Mason, Brandon Massey, Allis0n Massey, Ashlee Massey and Kristen Bradshaw
