Services for Noah Sweeten, 68, of Post will be at 2 PM Saturday, November 17, 2018 in the Hudman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Arthur Kelly officiating. Burial will follow in Terrace Cemetery.
Noah died on November 15, 2018 at his home in Post. He was born on June 20, 1950 in Slaton to A. P. (Buster) and Birdie (Snow) Sweeten. He attended school in Post and lived here almost all of his life. He farmed in Grassland for two years and later went to work for Garza County precinct four. He worked for the county for 35 years retiring  in January 2009. He married Martha Gibbs. He later married Brenda Warren on October 25, 1991. She preceded him in death on May 23, 2015. He was also preceded in death by his parents and four half brothers.
Survivors include two step-sons: Steve and Scott Farris of Post, one brother: Tommy Sweeten of Post, one daughter-in-law Jaimie Randall of Post, 11 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
