Mass for Ricardo Saucedo Mendosa Sr., 65, of Post will be at 9 AM on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Holy Cross Catholic Church with Fr. Jacob Powell officiating. Burial in Terrace Cemetery will be under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home. Rosary will be at 5:30 PM on Friday at the funeral home.

Ricardo died on October 18, 2022 in Lubbock. He was born in Mexico on October 23, 1956 to Manuel and Maria Mendosa Saucedo. He worked as a pump mechanic in the oilfield. He was married to Julia Saucedo for 37 years prior to her death on July 13, 2020. He was a member of the Catholic Church.

Survivors include one daughter: Anai (Eddie) Avila of Slaton, four sons: Ricardo Saucedo Jr. of Post, Jose Manuel Saucedo of Post, Edgar (Marcella) Saucedo of Post and Ivan Saucedo of Post, three sisters, four brothers and 13 Grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by one brother: Esequiel Saucedo Mendosa.
