Sandra Jean Gilbert, 62, of Post died on May 29, 2021 at her home in Post. She was born in Denver City on October 30, 1958 to Cotton and Wanda (Payne) Walton. She married Ronald Gilbert on April 10, 1980 in Slaton. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband: Ron Gilbert of Post, one daughter: Tina (Joseph) Rodriguez of Lubbock, two sons: Matthew Gilbert of Tahoka and Michael (Heather) Gilbert of Katy, three sisters: Glenda White of Cameron, Nancy Walton of Lubbock and Terresa Walton of Cameron, two brothers: Donnie Walton of Ardmore, Ok and Boyd Walton of Slaton and four grandchildren.

Memorial services will be at 3 PM Friday, June 4, 2021 in the Hudman Funeral Home Chapel.
