Willard Alvin Yarbro, 88 of Post passed away Monday, February 23, 2026 at University Medical Center in Lubbock. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 28, 2026 at the Beacon Community Nazarene Church with Chuck Gibson officiating. Interment will follow at Terrace Cemetery under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.

Willard was born April 30, 1937 in Loving, New Mexico to the late Jeff Davis and Ida Glover (Caraway) Yarbro. He married Wilma Allen on March 31, 1961 in Post. Willard worked many years as a Heavy Equipment Operator for the County.

He is survived by his son Burton Yarbro and wife Jennifer of Lytle, TX; grandchildren Amanda Medina of Las Cruces, NM., Corey Yarbro of San Antonio, TX; Five great grandchildren and Four Great Great Grandchildren.
